Before placing an order, please confirm whether it is shipped from the US warehouse or China warehouse.
For US addresses, Bibiol will choose US warehouses for delivery. For addresses other than the US, Bibiol chooses to ship from a Chinese warehouse because of customs,No matter which warehouse delivers order, Bibiol will guarantee delivery to your door within the time limit.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
Ship from US Warehouse:
1.If stock is sufficient,Orders will be shipped within 3 business days .If out of stock,Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days
2.Estimated delivery timeframes are between 8-15 business days after shipping from our warehouses.
3.All Items will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS carriers, This will be selected according to the situation.
4.Shipping speed for oversized items remain unchanged.
5.US regions eligible for shipping remain unchanged.

1.If stock is sufficient,Orders will be shipped within 3 business days .If out of stock,Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact Biboil within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Policy
1.Return request is available within 3 days after receiving the item for any reason,All returns must be in good condition with the original tags,labels,and packing,does not affect the secondary sales,Biboil can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
2.if item have quality issues,online refund or exchange up submission is available within 180 days after delivery.After confirming the product problem, please return it yourself,Currently only self-return is available;
3.If you choose self-return,you are required to pay the return shipping cost first;
4.Within two working days after receiving the items, Biboil will return the shipping cost and the price of the item to your account;
5.For items that cannot be returned, Biboil will negotiate with you to return part or all of the price of the item to ensure your best interests.
Special Case
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Non-refundable Situation
1.If the appearance of the product is damaged or functional problems are caused by the customer, Biboil will not allow a refund.
2.When the product is returned, it lacks important components and the packaging is seriously damaged. Biboil will not be able to refund in full.
